It was nice to share this training with the boys of the gymnasion of Maria. I was glad to see a group with motivation. About my training, just really slow and relaxing, enjoying my last controls in Sweden until next year. In the first way I spent 18:55mins (2.75km). So in overal I spent 35'15'' (5.2km).
